What is PenguChain

PenguChain is a high-performance Layer 2 rollup optimized for applications that require fast, low-cost execution—such as trading tools, wallet intelligence, and on-chain AI agents. Built using zero-knowledge technology and compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), PenguChain offers a seamless developer experience while reducing operational costs for end users.

Unlike fully decentralized networks, PenguChain operates with an internal sequencer infrastructure. Transactions are processed off-chain, proven with ZK-SNARKs, and finalized on Ethereum. This architecture allows the network to achieve high throughput without sacrificing Ethereum-grade security for data integrity and finality.

Gas fees are paid in $PENGU, and a portion of collected fees is distributed to holders of $PENGUAI, the ecosystem's utility and reward token.
